Good My first room was dirty - the trash from the prior party was not even removed. It was outdated - with chipped paint, peeling wallpaper and worn carpet. It should be an embarrassment to the Tropicana management. Doris at registration was outstanding when I returned from my first room very, very disappointed. She helped me upgrade to a much better room in another tower.

Cool I wasn't able to tip the housekeeper who bc I don't carry cash. There should be a way they can receive tips electronically. The pool was DISGUSTING!!! the ground in the pool area was cracked up concrete with dirty water puddles and the pool water was green. There's no microwave in the rooms to reheat your food after playing the slot machines all night. My family caught Covid after being covid free for 3 years. There should be some restrictions to capacity rules. I loved my room.

My stay was good. Nothing that I can think of at the moment. The check in was smooth. the room was clean as expected. The bell service was quick.
