It was good. I had to cut it short because of weather and was told to contact Hotels.com to get a refund for the one night I had to cancel. How do I do that.

This was my second stay at a Tru. It was just as good as the first. Rooms are very clean. Staff is great. I will look for a Tru whenever I travel.

Front desk helped me out a lot. I brought my dog with me and he set me up on the first floor next to exit so I could walk my dog easily and gave me a late check out so my girlfriend could go shopping. Definitely coming back to this hotel.
