RecommendedThis Gym as a lot to offer. Let me start with the classes. They have all the fun classes: yoga, zumba, body pump, cycling, and more. Their schedule is very accessible. The price of the membership is very accessible too, and I can bring a guest with me all the time. The employees are friendly and courteous. The Sundland park location has a sauna and what I like the most its the Ladies section “Tru Ladies” for women only, which offers all the necessary equipment for a complete workout.
RecommendedI personally really like the atmosphere and the vibe from the gym and on top of that they have every piece of equipment you need and more than other gyms. Staff has a very positive attitude which also plays a huge role when going to any gym. Price is inexpensive. Last but not least this gym is very spacious which is perfect.
