The most dirtiest gym in El Paso poor management and employees just don’t care about the facility. After talking to the manager and staff about how disgusting their restrooms they made no attempt to even empty the bins. What a waste of such a nice gym with good equipment so poorly managed. Hopefully corporate reads and addresses this with firm action.
not the atmosphere I'd recommend anyone take part in. just less restricted than on post gyms. waiting for a real solid gym to come along
I’m really disappointed in Trufit lately. The air conditioner has been out for several weeks, bathrooms are dirty, there are nails sticking out in the sauna, several treadmills are broken, classes are disappointing. During classes trainers are talking to each other and not showing you the exercises or teaching the class, this has happened several times. The most unprofessional management I’ve seen yet. Poor people skills , walked out and will not ever give that place my business.
I was given a free week trial w recruiters that’s stepped into my place of business back in the summer. They said as long as I didn’t go (which I didn’t) my membership would be canceled. I ended up getting really sick due to my pregnancy and getting TPN treatment so obviously I can’t go. I sent in necessary docs to an email that someone from front desk told me to send it and they never canceled my membership. I have been customer of Trufit for one and half years. I have been going to 34th street branch as its close to my home. They ripped me off for $1400 in personal training sessions which I couldn't continue because of COVID. They plain and simple not only refuse to refund but also refuse any training session for my credit. I contacted their corporate headquarters but didn't get any reply. They have very bad service. they never answer calls, and the manager harasses a lot, sends requests for friendship without reason With who can I report this?
worst customer service ever. They also give false information and they never get back to you at all. please becareful what you sign and if you do make sure to have what they say in writing becuase they will go back on their word. yes they have good fancy equipment but for them to charge you for not being able to go is bad for the customers. I'm going to make sure to pass the word on about this gym and it won't be very nice
