I have been customer of Trufit for one and half years. I have been going to 34th street branch as its close to my home. They ripped me off for $1400 in personal training sessions which I couldn't continue because of COVID. They plain and simple not only refuse to refund but also refuse any training session for my credit. I contacted their corporate headquarters but didn't get any reply. They have very bad service. they never answer calls, and the manager harasses a lot, sends requests for friendship without reason With who can I report this?
worst customer service ever. They also give false information and they never get back to you at all. please becareful what you sign and if you do make sure to have what they say in writing becuase they will go back on their word. yes they have good fancy equipment but for them to charge you for not being able to go is bad for the customers. I'm going to make sure to pass the word on about this gym and it won't be very nice

Very unprofessional they want your credit card information right away make it seem so reasonable yet they charge you more than what you agreed to. My mom politely went in while I am out of town to change/switch accounts yet they tell her to leave and purposely chose not to comply with her and told her to leave the facility. Beyond unprofessional do not sign up with them. They are ignorant and unprofessional!!!

I spoke with the general manager Jude, he was highly unprofessional and unhelpful with my current issue with this gym. At one point he even told me to leave. At first they seem very outgoing and soon you realize they just take peoples card information and charge them without there consent. When I asked him who else I could speak to, regarding my issue, he simply stated that whoever else I call will only re direct me back to him and that he won’t be assisting me with my issue. Customer service has to be improved. People are so unprofessional. Employees are not able to respond question they never answer phone. One of the managers is supper rude and very unprofessional. They tell you one thing went you sign in for membership and at the end they overcharge. I really don’t recommend this gym at all.
