The equipment is far better than Planet Fitness. However, they need to add more trash cans, paper towel dispensers, and disinfectant spray upstairs. Unlike Planet Fitness, you rarely see staff going around and checking paper towel dispensers and trash cans. There is no reason they should be empty when the gym opens at 5am.

I’ve gone to this location several times and each time there is at least one paper towel dispenser that is empty. Today, instead of paper towels, there was a rag for us to share with everyone at the gym to wipe down our equipment! There are only two trash cans, two paper towel dispensers (one always empty), and NO hand sanitizers upstairs! Highly disappointed and maybe I missed it on website but never would have joined if you had explained your mask policy clearly online. All for wearing mask while walking and moving around but not during actual workouts. Very frustrating and most gyms don't require you to wear a mask while working out. Beautiful facility and glad there is a new option for others but sorry not for me so I spent more time getting enrolled and buying membership than at actual facility including cancelation.
