they charge a lot of money in comparison to other gymnasiums
This place takes your money out of your account, then doesn't let you work out because they claim you haven't paid anything. They take the money straight out of my bank acct!!!

This location has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a gym before. I was a Freedom member before my account was switched over without my acknowledgement. At that time I already did not like the vibe and my children had bad experiences getting yelled at and treated poorly while it was under FF. When i found out my account switched, I spoke to a male manager and was assured things had changed and not to worry about my past due amount just to come in and 'experience' the 'new' gym. It's cool, but the contract membership is stupid. It's basically just planet fitness with free weight benches but with a contract. So since there wasn't any other close gym, I just went with planet fitness instead. Y'all gotta get rid of those contract memberships.

Overall has been a good gym for my family and I. Very clean and have not had any issues. The daycare is so so but I only workout for like 30-45 min since my baby hates it but my older kids tolerate it.
The staff is great. People are obnoxiously loud and NO ONE wipes down their machines after they use them....which is disgusting! All in all the facility has what I want at a decent price
