I was a Gold's Gym member before and am a military member with access to On Poat facilities...I ended up joining after Gold's stopped my membership while I was deployed. So I started going to Freedom Fitness with my girlfriend who was a member to test the waters. Although I missed all the amenities of Gold's Gym, Freedom isn't that bad for the price. So I joined. It's ok for the price. Just wish there was a pool and sauna.

I don't Iike the fact that I was charged another annual fee for a membership I have until tomorrow to cancel. I was not even asked if I wanted renew....how about instead of sending out junk mail you send out important reminders. Never again will I join.

I recently started going to the gym because I am disabled and I'm trying to keep up the strength in my amputee leg .Go to the gym this morning and check in first my keys are snatched out of my hand and told you need to pay a annually fee I had this membership less than a month and they been getting paid from me every two weeks so far but this morning took the cake enough is enough You don't have to worry about me go back go screw your self freedom fitness.

I just think its sad that i live by the walzem gym and i have to travel to other gyms to take a class. Cause all theu seem to have at this location is Zumba class.

Got screwed over as have many others by their supposed membership cancellation policy, could not attend our gym on Walzem for some time, because of damage from hail we were unable to cancel when the time came, I was specifically told that in order to cancel I needed " a written letter with our membership numbers and signed taken in" my wife had to take the letter to another gym location where it was taken and my wife was told thank you by a staff member, now the letter was lost and both gyms claim they have a "Form" you must... read more
