tried to make a final payment and close my account since I can no longer use the gym during covid crisis. I was given the run around and made to wait until now to try and make a final payment. had some difficulty with my debit card that I had to replace it. no one will contact me, trufit is trying to get me to give them my card info via email and not letting me close my account. no help during covid crisis

Whoever I spoke to on the phone is rude as hell. Try for does not care about their customers. How tf y’all expect us to work out and there is a whole virus going on . Also, there is a cancellation fee and they expect me to pay $45 just to lower my plan. Don’t come here I fucking hate it here and I’m stuck in a contract with a gym that just doesn’t care and they have stupid policies. They do nothing but take money out of peoples pockets.

I went by the get a membership and help with my weight and the lady at the front desk, was unable to answer any if my questions to busy drinking her Big Starbucks coffee. maybe if her job was more important she wouldve been avout to answer my questions and help me out. Dont GO

They just moved Zumba classes at 5 pm they keep doing bad changes for people that have regular jobs 8-5 Just crazy!

Came in today to start my first day of pre-work workouts. Was shocked to be informed that the spin cycle room will now only be accessible during class times. The full, 24 hour access to all services was the reason I signed up with this gym. I cancelled my membership on the spot, giving them the same notification I had, zero.They did not inform their members of this service change, nor did they offer a solution to keep their spin customers happy, like, idk...maybe removing 2 of the plentiful treadmills on the floor and placin... read more

Worse gym ever. The GM has favorites and everything is always broken.

My CONTRACT has been over since May and this place continued to charge my card. They said once the contract is OVER, it rolls into a month-to-month until they receive a signed cancellation, which makes NO sense because THE CONTRACT IS OVER!!! I will be speaking to BBB about this.

I’ve been attending this gym probably since 2015 when it was first “Freedom fitness” over the last year the gym has been absolutely terrible conditions in the early mornings. Let’s start with the ladies area... this morning the mirrors were full of prints and mark of hopefully what was running sweat. The weights and equipment are everywhere. Nothing is organized. Trash all over the floor, napkins, bottles....and most importantly There were no napkins in the dispenser to wipe the equipment. So the ladies that were in there we... read more
