I have been calling for weeks for updates on the zumba classroom. Nobody seems to know anything and don't seem to be bothered by the lack of knowledge. I wouldn't be so bothered if they showed some sort of urgency to get it fixed. Until they show intrest in keeping their clients I have to give them 1 star.

straight up, the manager on walzem disrespectful , unless your white or Hispanic he's gonna let you go quick or not hire you, and wants mainly women working there, if a male applies there he only gives them graveyard shift or custodian position, place a joke
The new regulation on the thermostat for the aerobics room is ridiculous! ! Once you put 50 people in a small area who are getting hot and sweaty the "mandatory" 72 degrees gets well above that!! They are going to give gym members heat stroke! ! Never doing another zumba class, which is soo disheartening since that's what I loved to do the most..
Fuck you guys. Billing us after our membership was already cancelled. Fuckin thieves
