Brought my Ford Edge in ,they had it 3 months , returned in Oct 2022, they Replaced the PTU (Front Transfer Case) and changed the rear differential fluid. Deceptive business practices. I got an email quote with a vehicle price. Dealer increased the price online overnight and refused to honor the written quote I had received. Both the sales person Jamal and sales manager John Hall were rude and dismissive. Do business anywhere but here.
