I came in for warranty work and they had to order some parts. They took me home and came backed and picked me up the next day when the work was done.

Communication was not good, I was promised an email of the quote, never got it. Was promised several phone calls for progress, never got them. Then got a call that my parts were in and I asked when will they get installed, the guy said, do we have your truck? They had my truck for 4 days at that point!

Truck was not fixed…too old supposedly… FORD not standing long term behind their products!! Currently looking for a diesel mechanic who can solve the issue. Sad day…
