Communication was not good, I was promised an email of the quote, never got it. Was promised several phone calls for progress, never got them. Then got a call that my parts were in and I asked when will they get installed, the guy said, do we have your truck? They had my truck for 4 days at that point!

Truck was not fixed…too old supposedly… FORD not standing long term behind their products!! Currently looking for a diesel mechanic who can solve the issue. Sad day…

Part needed was on back order. Once we received the part appointment was scheduled approximately 2 hours later into the appointment I was notified that they needed another part and they would need my vehicle over night. Telling me that I would get my vehicle the following morning. At 3:00 pm I called to check on vehicle and was informed that I would be contacted once vehicle was ready, prior to end of business day.
