Part needed was on back order. Once we received the part appointment was scheduled approximately 2 hours later into the appointment I was notified that they needed another part and they would need my vehicle over night. Really like the car and had a fine purchase experience.
Check in attendant was a bit rude, did not listen to what my concerns, and what was suppose to be fixed, I drove it 10 miles down the road and it happened again.. I will not be using TS&S again after this experience, they just don't seem to care about customer service,
They broke my key and now it will not close fully. They blew me off when I went in to talk to them about it. I took my truck in for a recall repair for the transmission. They took my key off my keyring and handed the keyring to my husband. They returned the key to us and it was broken. This key is not cheap as it is the one with the fob on it.
All there are is a bunch of lying people there.. first of all I changed my transmission fluid 1000k ago and thy said it was low.. u have video evidence the morning of when I took me truck in it was completely ful truck running and all.. they called me back and said my transmission was 3/4 empty.. completely BS and to Change the oil that was low!! It was not was $510 what a joke .. this store uses to be so great .. it’s a joke now
I had the car diagnosed at the Ford quick lane, brought it to you, the price was too high for me to get it fixed, I came to pick up my car & was charged a full hour of labor to be told the exact same diagnosis I had already given when I dropped the car off. You ran the code and drove the car around the block - I should have at least been charged for half an hour, not a full hour. $190 to have my car for 2 days and repeat to me the issue I had already said feels astronomically high.
Everything was great until your diesel mechanic quit and then NO one called me to tell me that I was shit out of luck and needed to find a new service center and start over. It took me calling to try and follow up on discussions between my warranty policy holder and TS&S to find out that over a week earlier all progress had come to a Permanent stop.
2nd time in a row they rotated my tires and did not adjust the tire pressure in the front or rear which caused the TPMS light to come on half way home. Both times I asked while paying my bill if it was done and both times they assured me that it was.
