I came in for warranty work and they had to order some parts. They took me home and came backed and picked me up the next day when the work was done.

Truck was not fixed…too old supposedly… FORD not standing long term behind their products!! Currently looking for a diesel mechanic who can solve the issue. Sad day…

Part needed was on back order. Once we received the part appointment was scheduled approximately 2 hours later into the appointment I was notified that they needed another part and they would need my vehicle over night. Telling me that I would get my vehicle the following morning. At 3:00 pm I called to check on vehicle and was informed that I would be contacted once vehicle was ready, prior to end of business day. Check in attendant was a bit rude, did not listen to what my concerns, and what was suppose to be fixed, I drove it 10 miles down the road and it happened again.. I will not be using TS&S again after this experience, they just don't seem to care about customer service,
