2nd time in a row they rotated my tires and did not adjust the tire pressure in the front or rear which caused the TPMS light to come on half way home. Both times I asked while paying my bill if it was done and both times they assured me that it was.
Brought my Ford Edge in ,they had it 3 months , returned in Oct 2022, they Replaced the PTU (Front Transfer Case) and changed the rear differential fluid. Upon finally getting it back, as soon as I drove it home it was making horrible noises from the rear of the SUV when making a tight turn, and when at highway speeds( felt and sounded like you were running over the marks on the side of the road... bump ,.bump, bump.) Deceptive business practices. I got an email quote with a vehicle price. Dealer increased the price online overnight and refused to honor the written quote I had received. Both the sales person Jamal and sales manager John Hall were rude and dismissive. Do business anywhere but here.
