From the first contact I was pleased and comfortable. Jose (JR), was very helpful and made my experience tremendously easy. The JOSE TEAM (two of them) worked really hard to get me the right financing, and payments that fit my budget. Very grateful.
I came in for warranty work and they had to order some parts. They took me home and came backed and picked me up the next day when the work was done.

Part needed was on back order. Once we received the part appointment was scheduled approximately 2 hours later into the appointment I was notified that they needed another part and they would need my vehicle over night. Telling me that I would get my vehicle the following morning. At 3:00 pm I called to check on vehicle and was informed that I would be contacted once vehicle was ready, prior to end of business day. Really like the car and had a fine purchase experience.
Check in attendant was a bit rude, did not listen to what my concerns, and what was suppose to be fixed, I drove it 10 miles down the road and it happened again.. I will not be using TS&S again after this experience, they just don't seem to care about customer service,
They broke my key and now it will not close fully. They blew me off when I went in to talk to them about it. I took my truck in for a recall repair for the transmission. They took my key off my keyring and handed the keyring to my husband. They returned the key to us and it was broken. This key is not cheap as it is the one with the fob on it.
