I bought a new Ford F-350 from Jr. We worked out a fair deal that I am very happy with. Jose handled all the paperwork and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. I was introduced to the entire TS&S team. Everyone in parts and the automotive technicians were also knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I had a very nice experience and I will be returning to purchase another vehicle when that day comes.

Fantastic customer service. No wait and fast turnaround. Only issue was that the DEF was not topped off and I did not notice until I arrived back home. But overall, I was very happy with the experience.
The kid that met me in the parking lot was pretty cool. He knew the inventory well and was able to hear my needs without trying to sell me a bunch of crap accessories that I didn't need. I appreciated that. Finance dude was also pretty cool, and I enjoyed talking to them. Both were competent guys. I think their names were Jose, and I don't see that listed as an option below.
Thank heavens Tony took over in the service department! My truck was there. Week and a half and not once did they contact me with info. I had to call repeatedly for information and give THEM direction. Repairs were not submitted to warranty. Once Tony took over things worked very well.

I bought a car and a week later it had issues. TS&S got me in before the limited warranty expired. With Great customer service! They picked up my car and dropped it back off, with no additional charge. My car runs like it is brand new! I would highly recommend !!!
