EXCELLENT SERVICE! I went in for my regular oil change and because Manny was very thorough with my paperwork, he saw that I have a maintenance contract that I didn't even realize I had! Manny ended up applying credit to my account for my previous oil changes that I had paid for. It's good to know that they are honest and are so willing to help!

Whole service was great. Car runs like it is brand new :-) I had my 60k mile service done, and bought four new tires and had my alignment done. I would highly recommend this dealer to others who own a Nissan. They are always really nice and efficient every time I visit.
Everytime I go to Tustin Nessan Manny gives me a wonderful service, very friendly and professional. They always are smiling, treat you with respect no matter your nationality, always willing to give you the best service possible. Everytime I left the place feeling that they realy care for thier customer.
Bought car, contacted them about issue and did my homework on the problem, their 90 day warranty 100% parts 100% labor means nothing to them. Will not buy from again. I had to continually call them for 2 days to get them to even accept me as a customer, which I bought the car from them 3 days before contact. Clear issue with the ignition coil, yet they attempt to claim the warranty claims a coil, but not the ignition coil... there is no other coil on the car.
Great overall experience! Brought my 2006 nissan sentra in for servicing and was greeted by Manny the service writer who took down my info and was very helpful and explained to me what was going to be done. i was in and out without a hitch. i highly recommend this dealership and their service dept. they dont try to rip you off like other nissan dealerships ive been to before.
