Tyson Rondeau with American Pacific Mortgage is a pleasure to work with. He did everything he said he would do and much more. Answered all of my many questions and never once made me feel like they where silly to ask. He took me through a very stressful process and was always positive and reassuring. Tyson was GREAT ! He met with us in person right away to go over everything, which was great because online application intimidated us at first. Tyson recommended and got us an awesome realtor and we loved her! Together, Tysons team made the whole process easy, walking us threw everything. Tyson really went ABOVE and BEYOND for us, helping every step of the way! We couldn’t be more appreciative for all he has done for us getting us our first home❤️ Don’t think it would be possible with out him and his team!

I loved that any time I had a question he was able to assist me right away, even if he was in a meeting he would text me back with a follow up time frame and to me that is very important. Buying a new home is extremely stressful and time consuming so having a lender that is available to you and that has the patience to explain process is super important.

Tyson reached out to me while I was over seas and was with me every step of the way. Whether it was the evening or the weekend I was able to reach him or his team quickly and get any answers I needed. I was walked through line by line any document I had questions on until everything was made clear. Anything that I didn't have knowledge on I was called and made aware of immediately. Tyson and his team are very organized and worked diligently to close my deal even before the original set closing date. Whenever I had a question or concern I reached out and there was always an answer. I will and already do refer him to others. He is there for you and willing to speak outside of "normal" business hours. Awesome team and so happy to have a home!

Tyson and his team always made sure we were well-informed throughout the process. If we had any questions, we could always reach out to them to discuss before making a decision. The seller we were dealing with was not very responsive and difficult to work with, but Tyson and Lily stayed on top of things to ensure the loan process could move forward in spite of some of the obstacles created by the seller. Tyson and his team do stand by their words just as they market themselves. This is the 2nd time we have done business with Tyson and that speaks volume right there. The team cares about the whole process and expedited the closing in a quick fashion. Quicker then we expected. There was constant communication and guidance through the whole process. Tyson educated us before each step to ensure we completely understood. He was patient and so very responsive to our needs. We were really demanding about closing as fast as possible due to family obligations and Tyson and his team pushed our loan through in record time! Lily is great to work with!
