Very happy to do business with Tyson. Like everyone, we work to make a living. However Tyson puts his clients first, NEVER price gouged or tried to move numbers in his company’s favor. Tyson’s work ethic was impressive, he is very experienced. I felt like I had a team protecting and backing me the whole way in my process. It’s hard to find companies who look in the favor of their clients. Would recommend to anyone out there.

I can’t say enough about Tyson and his team they are fantastic!!! I talked to Tyson on a weekend and told him what I needed and that I wanted to close this loan quickly. He told me it may be difficult because we were trying to do it over the holidays. He had 14 days to do it otherwise we could lose the deal. The APMC team works very hard to provide a streamlined process with an easy to navigate app. They helped me get approved and move into my new house that I own at 21 with an ok job and an average credit score. As a first time home buyer and a millennial I thought the idea of home ownership was out of reach, but after contacting Tyson via the link on Zillow and giving him a brief rundown of finances, job etc. he assured me that if home ownership was something I wanted it could be easily achieved.
Because I'm self employed I had major difficulties with other lenders until I was introduced to Tyson and his team. They worked diligently to understand me unique situation, and ultimately got the loan closed at rate and terms I coudn't be happier with.
