Tyson and his team were able to help me find and finance a home within 60 days! Turn around time was impeccable with every step. Not once was there any kind of delay, and the process was so smooth!! My girlfriend and I are (were) first home buyers. Our realtor put us in touch with Tyson, who then reached out to me (with my permission of course). He helped us run the numbers on solo and cosigning loans. We elected to go with the girlfriend's loan, but Tyson made sure to keep me in the loop and was always a text away to answer questions and define terms, sometimes being on the phone upwards of 45 minutes! I'm recommending him to all of our soon-to-be-looking friends. Thanks Tyson for making our experience a breeze!

Tyson contacted me when I wanted to get pre-qualified for a home loan. As a first time buyer, Tyson was very patient with me and answered all of my questions (even if I asked the same ones). He assured me about the process and closing costs, and he and his team delivered on every promise made. Just awesome!

Tyson was GREAT ! He met with us in person right away to go over everything, which was great because online application intimidated us at first. Tyson recommended and got us an awesome realtor and we loved her! Together, Tysons team made the whole process easy, walking us threw everything. Tyson really went ABOVE and BEYOND for us, helping every step of the way! I loved that any time I had a question he was able to assist me right away, even if he was in a meeting he would text me back with a follow up time frame and to me that is very important. Buying a new home is extremely stressful and time consuming so having a lender that is available to you and that has the patience to explain process is super important.
