Tyson and his team always made sure we were well-informed throughout the process. If we had any questions, we could always reach out to them to discuss before making a decision. The seller we were dealing with was not very responsive and difficult to work with, but Tyson and Lily stayed on top of things to ensure the loan process could move forward in spite of some of the obstacles created by the seller. Tyson and his team do stand by their words just as they market themselves. This is the 2nd time we have done business with Tyson and that speaks volume right there. The team cares about the whole process and expedited the closing in a quick fashion. Quicker then we expected. There was constant communication and guidance through the whole process. Tyson educated us before each step to ensure we completely understood. He was patient and so very responsive to our needs. We were really demanding about closing as fast as possible due to family obligations and Tyson and his team pushed our loan through in record time! Lily is great to work with!

Hats off to Tyson, he went the extra mile to get our home loan done and closed in 30 days. At first I had my doubts (30 days) but he came through and we got a wonderful home! Tyson listened to all of our concerns and was able to answer all questions and put us at ease. We recommend Tyson and his Team any day. They are the best.

Tyson and his team did a phenomenal job with our loan. I was beyond amazes at the speed and accuracy of their group. They knew what they needed to make things go smoothly. I absolutely refer them to anyone buying a house. They were wonderful at answering ALL of my questions through the process. I WILL use them again!

I want to thank Tyson and his team for all their hard work AND DEDICATION during this process. Tyson was very informative throughout process and was able to answer every question we had making sure we understood.
