Tyson is the epitome of a calm and competent lender. He never lost his cool under the duress of nervous buyers (us) and a special circumstance that made a conventional loan unavailable. Tyson had resources others didn't and secured us a portfolio loan without the outrageous charges or interest rate that usually accompany such a loan. We want to say thanks to Tyson for his diligent service. Everything went exactly as he explained it would.

We are purchasing our first home in Arizona. Our realtor recommended Tyson for our VA loan. He made the loan process easy and was available to answer any and all questions. Also since we were able to load our documents directly using their website, we were able to upload any required documents at home on our own time. We will definitely use Tyson for any future home loans that we need.
