Outstanding support! Great communicator, honest, & experience shows! I shopped around with a few other lenders, found that rates and terms were generally the same everywhere. The difference with Tyson is that I was able to call or text anytime of the day with questions and when I called, I talked to THE dude who was handling MY loan (not some lender's assistant or a voicemail due to 9-5 hours). My Mortgage Guy I wish I could tell you that we met in person but we didn't and that is not all bad. I spoke to Tyson on the phone and he did everything he said he would do. We closed in 27 days without any hiccups. His staff was very easy to work with and if I had to give one problem it would be with their signing process that doesn't always work on the first attempt.
