Was promised property would be put in my trust……..no problem……see below. After the fact was told “ sorry can’t do”. Creating extra work for me and my attorney. No problem! I will request the trust docs prior to closing to ensure this happens. 😊

We can close in a trust, and I did express this would not be a problem, however, the reason this could not be done is due to the Power of Attorney (POA) being used was not specific to the property you were purchasing. First of all Tyson ws very kind starting out like he should be, however once we got down to business you could tell he was getting a little impatient. My spouse and myself had a credit score that was not all that great, but he told us to pay down some debt that was in dispute so why would we pay something down when we didnt need to? Anyways, a month goes by and he emails me pretty much saying he doesnt want to help anymore, on to the next. He never responded to our follow up calls! I tried to reach him by email and got no response. I ask him about several items and could not figure out why he could not access my file that I had sent through secure server. I needed for him to make sure that we both could see the docs but he never had time to assist me. They were there on my end but he said he could not see them. His attitude was a problem for me.
