My husband and I are very grateful for Tyson. Three years ago, we were working with a different lending company and real estate agent when we were attempting to purchase a home. We ended up paying for an appraisal and inspection of a home that we could not possibly purchase because it was a double flip and we had an FHA loan. Tyson was phonomenal. He walked us through the process every step of the way and he always let us know what to expect next. My wife and I have already referred him to a couple of our close friends and will continue to do so. Tyson helped my wife and I get the house of our dreams and we will forever be greatful for that. Tyson, Lily and Mikaila at TLC provided phenomenal service during my extremely stressful home purchase. I had some hold ups with another lending company but as soon as I talked to TLC everything was smooth sailing from then on out. Tyson even had my home closed within 8 business days! I would HIGHLY recommend TLC to anyone looking to purchase a home!

My wife and I have purchased four homes, and have been through the refi process twice before. Every single time in the past there's been speed bumps, hidden fees, things that were left out, not this time. Tyson and his team were extremely professional, thorough, and timely. The entire process only took a couple of weeks an we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our refi. I would refer Tyson and the Lending Co to anyone. Tyson is very knowledge and an EXPERT! I would not have been able to buy a home if it weren't for Tyson! If you want to buy a home, then you MUST contact him. He will make sure you understand the process, advise you on how to improve your credit score and get you the best loan to meet your needs! I can't recommend Tyson enough! Thanks for all your help.

Tyson was incredible to work with. I was buying my first home and very nervous. I thought it would be an overwhelming and confusing experience. Tyson was helpful and explained every step to me from the beginning to end. He was always available to help even on weekends. Working with him was so great that anytime anyone asks me about buying a home I give them his phone number. When my parents said they were thinking about refinancing I referred them to Tyson.
