This is the second house that my husband and I have bought together and we haven’t had a better experience than the one we’ve had with Tyson. He answered every question we had an answered all the phone calls or replied very quickly to any text messages in regards to questions regarding documents or just questions in general about a house purchase. If we decide to buy another house my husband and I will definitely be using Tyson again! He was great to work with and made this a much easier process for my husband and myself.
First of all Tyson ws very kind starting out like he should be, however once we got down to business you could tell he was getting a little impatient. My spouse and myself had a credit score that was not all that great, but he told us to pay down some debt that was in dispute so why would we pay something down when we didnt need to? Anyways, a month goes by and he emails me pretty much saying he doesnt want to help anymore, on to the next. If you're like me, you appreciate when someone who is trying to sell you something sounds more like real person and less like an infomercial. As a lender, if you demonstrate an ability to address a buyer's questions (sometimes even before they're asked) and relate on a personal, real-person level, you don't have to try near as hard to put on a used-car-salesman persona.
