From the moment I entered the center I felt my wellbeing was important. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, offered me water while I waited. Rachel, who took my vitals and questioned me about my problem, was also very friendly and attentive. Cathy, the NP, apologized for my wait (which wasn’t long at all) and took the time to fully explain the treatment plan and made me feel valued, not just as the next patient to be seen.
