I can’t think of a better way to get urgent care than this. I located the nearest UH Urgent Care facility, scheduled an appointment, and registered online. I was seen almost immediately upon my arrival. The people on staff were the just the right balance of professional, kind, and caring. This is where I will always go for urgent care, and I will highly recommend it to others.

Nobody likes going to urgent care, but I’ve been to this one twice now and both experiences were great! All the employees are friendly, kind, understanding, and empathetic. My first visit was for a facial laceration on my preschooler, the most recent was for myself. Glad to have UH urgent care in North Ridgeville

Everything went very smooth from check in thru walking out. The nurse practitioner who checked my eye and explained in detail what was going on and how it would be taken care of it. She was very kind and through you.
