Taylor is a rockstar! She reflects great knowledge about Birdeye, is professional, and incorporates Birdeye's commitment to their customers! On your "About Us" page you highlight a few key phrases like: "our success is tied to our customers’ success", "quality needs to be world-class", "tight-knit family that helps you succeed" I absolutely experienced these key traits in our implementation phase and I will continue to refer others to your services. With all of that being said, Taylor was the key player in my previous statement and my confidence in referring your services. I know this because if you had asked me two months ago I would have been on the fence about referring Birdeye. This is because our previous implementation manager was not invested in our account. As you say "Customers choose businesses based on shared experiences, not ads." My experience with Taylor and implementation was incredible, seamless, and at my speed. I have and will continue to refer other people to Birdeye. Thank you again, Taylor! Treehouse is your #1 fan!

I have been working with BirdEye since 2018 because of the integration with our Athena EMR. This is one of the few companies I work with everyday in healthcare that actually goes out of their way to help when we have questions or concerns. It is unusual in this day and age to get such great, personalized customer service. I have to send a big thank you to Srijan for always being available when we have requests. Whatever they are doing at BirdEye in the customer experience department keep it up!
