Husain was very helpful. Even though everything on our end was showing our QB integration was working, Husain reached out and let us know that we weren’t connected, and then fixed it within 10 minutes. Genuinely appreciated all his help.
Zach and Taylor were amazing! Not only did they take the time to educate us on how to best create our campaigns based on the success of other clients but they took on the burden of handling any manual tasks that the platform could not yet automate. It was such a relief to feel supported throughout the process.
We have received great assistance in getting our account set up properly to send out reviews easily. More integrations would be helpful but we've had a great experience with the platform and our representatives so far.
