    "Birdeye Is Great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to use platform, everything is all in once place and makes it easy to communicate with consumers What do you dislike about Birdeye? Occasional technical bugs and disconnectivity issues, but they are easily fixable over a 5-minute phone call. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Some vocabulary can be confusing to some users, I ususally find myself calling support to help with small issues just becuase I don't want to change the wrong thing. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It is hard to have employees checking multiple platforms for reviews and messages. The platform allows us to have all messages in once location and allows our teams to respond rapidy and effectively.

    "We Love Working with Birdeye" What do you like best about Birdeye? Their customer service is so fantastic. They regularly communicate updates, changes and are always making sure we are happy with the software and understand how to use everything. We've seen a massive increase in the number of reviews we receive, and we couldn't be happier! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't dislike anything! We are very happy with Birdeye! Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: They are a great company to work with, and we can't say enough great things about them. Rahul and his team go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with Birdeye and their customer service. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We didn't feel like we were receiving enough reviews from clients. Birdseye has helped up dramatically increase the number of reviews we receive, and the process is so easy!

    "BirdEye is a game-changer!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The increase in positive reviews and decrease in negative reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Everything has been great so far. Sometimes the website is not able to load data, but you just have to refresh and it works again. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to decrease the number of negative reviews and address them directly with the Member/customer. It is also nice to have BirdEye organize all our reviews from Facebook, Yelp, and Google My Business all in one place.

Birdeye is a great survey and review tracking software What do you dislike about Birdeye? no notifications when the software updates, items become hard to navigate. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Your customer service is excellent, and they are responsive. I do like that the reviews do keep track of the history; It helps track removal processes. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? it is costly to add additional locations

    "Birdeye is great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The customer service is amazing. They really make it easy to get reviews. When we first signed up we also had a whole bunch of customizations take care of without charging us anymore. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We have updates to our chat and we don't always know about them till after they happen. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting a lot more reviews and our chat system. It makes it really easy to manage our reviews

    "Effective, Efficient and Great Support Team!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Great results in just a short time, ability to view and manage the reviews from one location and the support team is very responsive. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Yelp is not fully intergrated with BirdEye. We can see the reviews in BirdEye but the reply must be done directly through Yelp. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye helped us manage all reviews in one location, and we saw an immediate increase in positive reviews.

    "Excellent solution!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has transformed our online reputation through their solution. We were not asking our customers "how we did" and Birdeye's solution made this easy and effective. We have integrations with our website as well and overall, Birdeye is a valuable piece of our technology suite. The thing I "like best" is the ease to initiate review campaigns and the ability to aggregate those reviews anywhere we want. I also like that their private-labled review page is a very effective SEO asset. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There's nothing I dislike, except that we aren't taking advantage of all the other solutions they offer, like web chat and location-based lead routing. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Make sure you understand Contacts & Campaigns. Investigate the website integration tool. Auto-responders are also helpful. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving our online reputation on Google, Facebook and Zillow. Our customer ratings went way up, which became a marketing tool in itself.

    "Robust source for reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? At first I was skeptical (that's my nature), but Rahul was so helpful in explaining everything step-by-step to understand what all was entailed. Birdeye is an excellent source in automating what people genuinely think of your business. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not easy to use, but with explanation, it's made more manageable. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you truly want to know what people think of your service and don't want to ask them, this is a great tool to take care of it all. If you don't understand something, the Birdeye team will walk you through it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The automation portion was the most beneficial. You can step back after that.

    Automations, Customizations, Integrations - Birdeye is the way to go! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is used for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical clients who subscribe to our review generation product. It is used within our reputation/SEO department. It helps to improve our clients' visibility and rankings by acquiring more third-party reviews. Being able to offer automation is a huge driving point to earn our clients more reviews. Pros - Continually innovate their product -Strong customer/tech support -Customization of review request templates Cons - Lack of integrations in the home services industry -Response rate can be low at times, taking more than 24 hours to hear back -FieldEdge not being a true full integration Likelihood to Recommend - BIrdeye is a strong product. It works well for someone who is willing to fully automate review requests. The easiest platforms to integrate with are ServiceTitan, Housecall Pros, and QuickBooks. There is an opportunity to build your own templates for review requests and responses. The two-way texting feature gives customers another avenue to contact the company through. Since FieldEdge is not a true platform, integrating with it can make things a little complicated when trying to control who receives a review request. Also unless a client is able to create a new user with admin access in FieldEdge, it can cause some issues if someone tries to sign in when someone else is already using the account. Most Important Features - Automation of review requests -Customization of review requests -Integrations with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pros, QuickBooks Alternatives Considered - Our company has currently used Nearby Now for our review generation product for the last seven years. It lacks the ability for automation and customization.

    "Birdeye is easy to use and has an amazing Team that gets the job done!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is easy to navigate internally, but the surveys we send out to our Members are easy, short, and simple! In a month, we had already seen a significant improvement in our Google & Facebook ratings. Thanks to their fantastic team, who is always ready to answer your questions! What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is a limitation on designing the survey graphs to match our brand colors. It would be great to customize these for our reports! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to improve our reputation on Google, Facebook, etc. The direct feedback tool is a great way to avoid a negative review from our Members!

    "Intentional and willing to go the extra mile!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that we can connect it to our encompass software. It makes the process very seamless for both our loan officers and their clients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We originally did not like the format of the review request email. However, they quickly worked with us to update it and make it match our company's brand standards! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? There was a problem with just making sure everyone was active, but Samar went back through for us and made sure everything was taken care of. We wouldn't have known if he didn't notice it!

    "We would highly recommend Birdeye to manage our reviews and accounts!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye does a great job integrating contacts through our office software program Ascend. They solicit the reviews and get them out on Google and and our social media accounts as well as our website. The technical support is very helpful! Our patients can also email us at anytime through our Birdeye account. During the pandemic, this has been very beneficial! What do you dislike about Birdeye? We have not had any downsides. We have not been disappointed with the quality of their service. All of our needs have been met. the recommendation we made to them was to separate Progressive Dental reviews from Progressive Laser reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has been instrumental in getting the positive feedback our patients give out to the public. We have had countless patients say they chose us because of the number of positive reviews on Google in comparison to other local dentsts in our area. For those patients that have concerns, Birdeye gives them an option of Direct Feedback. These "reviews" do not go out on public forums. It gives us the opportunity to learn our patients concerns and address them.

    "Impactful Survey and Review Requests - plus a great team of support!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The review requests that we have implemented with our surveys are really making a difference in increasing our positive Google and Facebook reviews from our Members. Our surveys go out daily and we are getting immediate feedback to help us improve our service. Because the system is automated and it's so easy for our Members toreview us from a link in a text or email, we are getting so many reviews! Also very happy with the implementation and our ongoing service team. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There are some limitations with the survey features and the fatigue rules we have in place. It would be great to be able to pick and choose which surveys were affected by the fatigue rules and which are not. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are improving our online reputation! We are also providing our branch staff with immediate feedback so we can resolve problems before they escalate with our Members. The direct feedback tool is fantastic and many of our Members have chosen to send direct feedback rather than give us a negative review on Google or Facebook.

Rishi, my onboarding specialist was fantastic. What do you dislike about Birdeye? All good, I do not have any issues or changes. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: There are multiple layers to what Birdeye can do. Pinpoint what you want to achieve first and implement that. Once you get the results you are looking for, add features. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? keeping negative reviews in house.

    Works great! Pros: It's convenient that we are able to text patients that prefer over calls. Cons: The translation feature could be better, but its never going to be perfect when a pt calls in and leaves a message in Spanish because the translation is not perfect but still could be better.

    Automated Reviews Made Easy! Pros: I like how I can customize reviews to brand them for each of my clients' needs. Automation is a huge benefit as I can now offer this product to a wider variety of my clients. Cons: There are some platforms such as FieldEdge that they offer to integrate with but it is not a true integration. They have a dedicated team to pull contacts to send customer review requests through cloud based access, but it lacks a seamless effort at times. More platforms to fully integrate on would be beneficial, Such platforms would be: Successware, Payzer, FieldEdge, dESCO. Overall: Overall I am very pleased with the product. It is a huge improvement from who we previously used. They continue to innovate their product and are open to suggestions. They find solutions and are dedicated to customer satisfaction.
