    "I love this program so much i have referred it out to old employers" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how easy the software makes it to get reviews the automatic way is the easiest and most helpful in case i forget a customer What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish i could send out the review to more then 1 customer at a time What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I can spend less time sending reviews out since birdseye automatically does it for me , time saver

    Love it! Pros: The ease of use is one of the best features other than the integration to different POS systems and Google. The new Google Analytics is awesome and Inbox is one of my favorite features Cons: The least prefered part about this software is that autoresponses are set at an enterprise level rather than individual level within an enterprise Overall: Love it. The support team, the client relations team, and upper management. All do an outstanding job.

    "Get word of mouth advertising by reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? Once you do the easy setup, it constantly works without having to worry about it. I get so many new patients each month who can say they read the great reviews of my office. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dislike nothing about the service, it is great. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I had trouble getting patients to leave google reviews. It generates lots of new reviews every month.

    Onborading with BirdEye was a simple process. Our designated implementation manager was very helpful and made the process easy. I enjoyed working with one specified contact because it maintained consistency throughout out setup/onboarding process.

    Within one week 13 of our our patients left a 5 star google review. I did not even need to ask for a single review

    BirdEye has made a difference in our bottom line! We started with BirdEye about 8 months ago and in the last 3 months we have been getting more new patients because of the positive reviews left by our current patients. We know this because we track why our new patients choose us. Additionally, we have had no problems with communication or support from them when we need it.

    "Amazing Company!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of use and quick response to reviews What do you dislike about Birdeye? It's difficult to get in touch with support. They have to call you back and often it is not at a time when I can devote to working on the problem What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reviews! We've received a ton of new reviews on google. We have very few when we started. We have increased our google reviews by 179 since we started with them and over 100 on Facebook and about 20 on Healthgrades.

    BirdEye certainly provides the most comprehensive business development tools that can be easily implemented for any business. The interface is sophisticated but very simple to understand and use. Once everything is set-up, thanks to Rajat - the implementation team which made the entire process incredibly easy, your BirdEye will function itself without any interference. This includes auto replies to the reviews, sending out review requests, and referrals. The referrals tool is absolutely a great feature that allows your clients spread the word for you while integrating reviews into your social media. On the same day of the implementation, we started receiving reviews from our patients. I highly recommend BirdEye!

    "Amazing for managing reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how quickly I can get reviews and how the negative ones are designed to come to our company first so we can deal with dissatisfied customers without them having to make things public. Good for our marketing and our PR. Feedback from customers is instant and easy to manage. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I struggle with how to use it sometimes. especially in setting up campaigns or trying to stop sending to individual requests to people who are annoyed by the follow-ups. I suppose that has more to do with my learning curve then a major flaw. I just feel it could be a bit more intuitive. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to maintain a very high customer review ranking and have hundreds of testimonials to back that up. We're really liking how easy it's making the review process for customers.

    "Smart system for review generation and reputation management" What do you like best about Birdeye? The SMS drip campaigns work well. Included features like custom images and messages are easy to implement. The analytics portion of the service is phenomenal. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Could use better long term customer support. They are sufficient, but I feel like I am better off doing things on my own versus trusting the support team to organize anything. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Significant improvements in quantities of reviews across many specialties. Excellent for review generation for a rebrand or new location.

    "Online management simplified and perfected." What do you like best about Birdeye? Simple - set it and forget it management of our online reputation. Makes it simple for the office and patients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No downsides I can think of- perhaps if it were free- but then I would expect less. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Don't wait, the best online management is ready through Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Gaining a constant snapshot of our online reputation. Gathered literally hundreds of google reviews while improving our online presence.

    "Office Manager" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the ability to have certain reviews to myself and our director rather than being posted. That way we can fix our client's issues. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Text/email templates have too few of characters to put what we would like to say in the automated messages that get sent to our clients. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: JUST DO IT! haha We love the program and it has been a huge help to improving our business. It was one of the best things that we have done for our business. This program is so easy to use. Kind of a set it and forget it program for office. So thankful for it. We love that our clients have different options to post the review on and that they automatically post to our social media site. We also set it up to send our leadership team an email anything less than three stars so we can work on it rather than posting them. SUPER COOL! It also allows our clients to tag our employees on who they worked with. I would recommend this to anyone! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? This has helped us with turnover reviews. We get a lot more reviews with the program from ease of doing one from our clients. We also like that it follows up with them if they don't respond. :)
