Srijan was very helpful and informative. He took the time and went above any beyond to provide professional assistance for a mission-critical component of our birdeye implementation. Even though our facebook integration was unable to be rectified, the experience was very positive and encouraging. I look forward to working with Srijan and Birdeye again, though hopefully not for a while :-)

Quick, efficient and super friendly!
Shivani Maurya went above and beyond to assist us with a fairly large issue and she did so during the weekend as well as the company mental health day. She made sure we were fully functional and online before the start of the business week in New Zealand which given the timezones is not the easiest task. Shivani seems to be the most effective problem solver we have dealt with and is an asset to the BE company that embodies the lead-by-example mentality. Thank you, Shivani. She deserves another mental health day =)
