Reputation management made easy In this day and age, reviews are important. Most of our potential customers will look us up online and check out our reviews before they decide to do business with us. Birdeye makes it easy to request reviews from our customers. It also makes it easy to respond to reviews on all of the many sites people leave reviews from one place. PROS Birdeye makes it easy to request, monitor and respond to reviews. CONS Setup and use is easy. I couldn't ask for anything more. VENDOR RESPONSE You have the right idea! We love that Birdeye can be the platform where all of your tools are in one location. It saves time, it's efficient, and is convenient. :) Replied February 2022

When setting up Birdeye for the first time you are given 90 days of help to get your implementation started. I would like to say the implementation team and support team for Birdeye is stellar. Thank you for everything that you have done for our company. We are now getting recognized out on the internet.

Simple for customers to use. No down time, consistently works smoothly. Our company has used this app for 3-yrs and will continue. We also take advantage of the texting app through the desktop version. Simple to add or remove employees, check status of reviews, and check how employees are doing with customers based on reviews. Highly recommend this review platform.

We have tried other platforms and have had horrible experiences. We have been with birdeye for over a year now and they have been awesome from day one! With every platform there are hickups sometimes, but, these people are committed to helping make sure that we are up and running quickly when there is one. Even if it is a weekend, they call in the emergency staff and they get things back on line quickly. We depend on this platform tremendously for communication with our clients and we are very thankful that we have a support team with birdeye. Try them! You will love them!

This is great on the go app and has really helped our little company turn around our online reviews. You do need the service for the app to work. The service is far better then other options in the Dental industry. I only wish this company would expand into other patient communication channels.
