    "Awesome platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye allows us to proactive and encourage our client's to write reviews What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish that it was easier for people to leave Google Reviews What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye has allowed us to get honest feedback from our customers in real-time. In the few circumstances where a customer has been unhappy, we've been able to address the problem quickly.

    "Wonderful company top work with" What do you like best about Birdeye? Helpful company members that are always courteous and pleasant to deal with. So far I have only had great experiences every time that I have asked a question or required assistance. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't found anything I don't like yet. A suggestion to consider would be providing a portal to manage social media posts and campaigns. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: definitely consider this service if you are looking at an online reputation management company - we couldn't be happier What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The task of managing all of our listings online has been removed from my 'to-do' list. I love the 'micro-site' that they have set up for us on our Google listing!

    "Effective Online Review Management Platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? It has one of the most user-friendly interfaces, coupled with excellent customer service and support integration I've seen. Also, they were open to helping us with some API customizations which really helps our team manage and monitor reviews internally. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The notification feature is nice, as you can set up the notification frequency (instantly, daily, weekly) - but you can't set up more than one. I might want bad reviews instantly, but 3 or better stars daily, for instance. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Compare the integration with review platforms against other solutions - such as trustpilot, GMB, etc. For us they were able to handle a good portion of sites that had reviews relevant to us. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to manually monitor reviews. Much of this process is now simplified across all departments via the BirdEye dashboard, and involved parties can be notified as per individual settings in the platform which is a timesaver.

    "Great Daily Reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love seeing all of our reviews coming in every day and having them all in 1 email. Being able to ask satisfied patients to leave a review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There seemed to be some confusion with our patients when submitting a review. They pushed 5 stars but got an "I'm Sorry" email. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Be sure to inform Birdeye of all of your accounts or separate locations. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We need to start building up our local SEO. These reviews specific to our locations are what we need. Able to use the testimonies as social posts to help with brand building.

    "Very informative information; I utilize the submitted responses to educate my staff." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that it interfaces with my email so it is easy to stay up to date with the reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? At this time, I cannot think of anything; very simple process. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would like to say that it is a great learning tool for staff and myself. I am able to reach out to unsatisfied customers to attempt to meet their needs. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Again, I do not have any difficulties with the program. I love it.

We send residents through birdeye and have not heard back any negative responses. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Great way to get feedback and improve business. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to see what needs to be addressed before the problem gets to much.

    "Must have platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? We are now able to identify problems and opportunities in a timely manner thanks to Birdeye and the surveys campaigns. Our customers have a direct way to submit their feedback and we can quickly ask them for a review. The new 2.0 version is really a game-changer, it’s really easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I would like to see a report per campaign. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Have a clear understanding of what the platform can offer and build an in-house process to fulfill operation and management of it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Gather feedback Increase reviews

    When the “Please Review Us” pop-up popped up when I logged in, I couldn’t resist leaving honest and candid feedback of the app. Is it perfect? No. There were some navigation and ease-of-use issues that were mostly a nuisance but worthy of mentioning in a review, so I did. What I did not expect was the personal handling of the situation by a real living and breathing human being. At first I thought the voicemail follow up was just a canned response but over the next few weeks, Birdeye rolled out an update that legitimately addressed some of my concerns and they reported working to resolve the others. I am blown away at this level of customer service and human interaction. I wish that the telecom and insurance companies would pay attention to how the grown-ups at Birdeye are hitting it out of the park.

    Will NOT be renewing Pros: it was very Easy to use Before latest Upgrade.. Cons: The new upgrade is NOT user or employee friendly.. Overall: The new Upgrade is not user friendly... I get emails and or a text every time we send out a review request.. finding the review request button is now difficult.. My employees will no longer use the product due to difficulty to use and I am getting tired of emails and texts all day..

    "Love this!" What do you like best about Birdeye? We have 60 different properties and each of those have at least 3-4 marketing channels. Having birdeye has really streamlined being able to get back to customers reviews quickly and also offers some possible automation option. Our managers struggled with getting reviews but with birdeye sending out the requests automatically, it has taken a huge burden off our team. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some times our connection to our marketing channels in birdeye stops syncing. This seems to happen when those marketing channels update, causing birdeye to notify us of the disconnection What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have saved so much of our executive team, and managers time by adding birdeye. each user gets one email everyday with all of the reviews from the previous day with a breakdown of how many reviews received, amount of stars and then what each review said. Making it very easy to find what you are looking for and what needs to be responded to. Having the reports has really showed us how well our properties are doing. The review requests also look very professional to our customers and makes it very easy to leave a review on whichever review site they prefer
