Financial help - Response PROS Get started process very helpful - Employee are great at the beginning but get bad when your in it! CONS The finacial guys are NOT responsive at all - You get in it and you cannot get out even if the contract allow it. They just don't answer to your communications. Never get into it guys!! Best Review Software on the market! Increasing reviews online and communicating more efficiently with our cilents!! Love love love this program! PROS I tested out different review software before choosing Birdeye for my business. Birdeye stood out above the rest of the competition right away. Initially I felt the cost was high but have found it to be worth the investment. The software is user friendly and the support is amazing when I do have an issue. My favorite feature is just how easy it is to request a review from our clients and I LOVE simply texting our clients appointment reminders and allowing them to text our office since texting is the preferred method of communication these days! CONS I wish we could download the software on our desktop so that we could keep team chat open as well as the ability to shoot out review links quickly after each appointment. I dont like that it times out and I have to continue to login to read a message, send a review or start a team chat which is a new feature were going to start using. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE Features and Birdeye worked with me on pricing since I didn't need all the features. VENDOR RESPONSE Thanks for choosing Birdeye, Jacie! We appreciate your feedback! BirdEye has been a great partner of ours. We've been working with them since January 2022. They've been over-responsive addressing any technical issues, and have multiple representatives assigned to our account. Our agency couldn't be happier. Most of the reviews that I've read are from people who don't actually have the BirdEye product, rather just a free listing on BirdEye.com. I've been involved with internet marketing for over 20 years and trust their products. Don't believe everything you read, give BirdEye a chance.
