    Amazing app I use it for work and it’s simple to send links and contact customers Pros Very simple to use and write reviews and contact Cons Nothing about the app is bad. Easy instructions and simple to navigate

    Excellent Software Awesome. It is great. I love the fact that the program make so easy to send Review Invites. Pros The excellent customer service is special. They care they teach they show you. They are very knowledge of their product. It is a very easy software to use. You get reviews from customers pretty easy. Cons At the moment I like everything. Everything is workinmg great.

    Love it! Pros Automated process, dashboard, bird eye reviews that don't hit google. Cons It would be nice to have some training videos to train more staff on how to use the software.

    BirdEye Pros The ease of use! Birdeye software is very user friendly. Cons One con would be the voice transcribe to text, it never gets the words right.

    Excellent way to get reviews Very good. I’m always delighted to see a new review. Boosts the ego ha! Pros Immediate and easy ways for patients to review the visit. Cons Bird eye reviews are not really seen by patients unless you manually post them somewhere like in the office or on the office website.

    Worth it! New patients have increased significantly based on positive reviews generated by BirdEye. The best investment. Pros The review requests are automatically generated and patients are encouraged to leave reviews. It has fueled my practice growth! Also love the option to reply to the patient if they have feedback for the practice and how we can improve. Cons I had one patient complain that she already left a review and was still asked to leave a review after her service. I'm not sure if this is true or not.

    Great Service for Building your referral network I have a noticed an uptick of business when we receive new customer referrals. Pros I think the ease of this service to build up your customers satisfaction referrals has been great and has helped build up a new client base. Cons I have no complaints, just need to be more attentive to having my staff follow up on all our clients by sending them a Birdeye response.

    We love Birdeye! We have had a great working relationship with Birdeye for 4 years! Pros That it is easy for patients to write reviews. Cons The cost. I think it should be a bit cheaper.

    Great Reveiw Managment Site Birdeye has really giving us a sense of how were doing as a company it allows us to view incoming reviews so we can approach them and answer a clients concerns quickly We also really enjoy how it emails us the reviews that were submitted there star rating and the customers comments and concerns . I would highly recommend this software to any one looking to get a handle on there business from the reveiw stand point Pros Its easy to use my company started using the software about a year ag and we really enjoy it, were pretty competitive in my office so we all really like that it tracks who sent them there average review rating and how many were opened and submitted it really gives you a feel for how your doing on the customer service front Cons I wouldn't say its a con per say but we have noticed the site runs a bit slow and submitting a review request does take a few moments, but other then that were happy with it

    Great Reviews Easily Posted by your Patients We have had the software since 2016, and have received 100's of great reviews. It has definitely been worth the investment for our office. Pros This software allows patients to post reviews easily as it automatically identifies where they already have accounts. There is no need for them to log in or create an account to write you a great review. Cons I wish there was a feature where we knew which patients were going to have reviews sent. Families have the same email for several members, and sometimes they receive an email when they have already written a review. I would like a dashboard where I can control who receives an invitation to review.

    Birdeye We have been highly pleased with our experience with Birdeye. We would recommend it to any small business that is looking to get some reviews. Pros I love how easy it is to use! It is very user friendly! Cons I don't have anything that I don't like about this product. It's a very good tool to use!

    Best advertising investment ever Before Birdeye we had few google reviews. Now we have many. Pros It gets people to post reviews. It also lets me know instantly if a patient has an issue so I can rectify it. Cons No complaints. Support was fantastic the one time it shut off.

    Exceeded my expectations We have used birdeye to successfully solve poor google review ratings for many of our clients. Pros Birdeye has an excellent way of bringing all the data you need into one place and providing the management / user tools you need to engage with clients and teams. The real-time notifications, review dashboards with goals and targets, and user management are my favourite features. Cons At times I found it hard to navigate between master settings and client settings. But once I got the hang of it, no issues!

    Easy Peasy We have dramatically increased the number of reviews our office gets. I love the monthly reports breaking it all done. Comes in very handy for our marketing meetings! It's an excellent marketing tool. Pros Love using Birdeye. Our reviews have increased by 200%!! The options we give our clients make it very easy for their use. At my end, its so easy to send a request. You can follow up anytime to see what's going on with the request. The dashboard is great - shows all of our information. We also get monthly updates letting us know our numbers. Cons I haven't had any issues. Very user friendly.

    Great tool for small business Before BirdEye we had very few reviews. Now we have over 100 reviews in less than a year. Pros The links are easy for my clients to use. Cons I wish I could re send link from phone app.

    Exceptional results with Bird Eye My experience with Bird Eye has been exceptional. I have gotten many new clients by using this as my review software. Pros I like the ease of use with Bird Eye, the great customer service and the variety of places the review can appear. I also like the appointment option- people have reached out to make appointments using Bird Eye. Cons I Have not found any complaints with Bird Eye, it has actually been quite seamless.

    Great Product for getting reviews!! Used to have a hard time trying to remember to send a review request. This had made it so simple! Pros Super easy to use! Make requesting reviews quick and painless. With just a few clicks you've asked for a review. And I love how it will publish your reviews to FB, Realtor.com and Zillow. Cons At this time, nothing. Everything is working smooth

    Helped my office tremendously I am a office manager at a dental office. After using BirdEye for about 2 month we started doubling the new patient we were getting per month. We were getting 10-15 new reviews per month which BirdEye made it easy for the patient to leave. It’s heped out my office a ton! Pros Not having to do anything to send out the review. BirdEye works with the software I use in my dental office so I don’t have to do anything to get the reviews sent out. Cons It would be nice to have someone call and check in making sure you know if there are any new features that are added.
