Onkar was very helpful today. I feel confident that he understands my problem and will develop a solution. Thanks.
They were prepared to help me with the specific problem and when I asked for advice or what is recommended on a certain topic, they responded with confidence and data to back it up.

Ankur was a great help to reconnect a Google page. Walked me through how to do this with a Zoom screenshare and working through some technical difficulties. Very pleasant interaction and appreciate the quick fix!
Buenas forma de gestionar tu reputación en la red Pros: La facilidad de manejo y lo intuitivo que es de manejar Cons: No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Es un muy completo.

Ankur has always been helpful and he has assisted with clarifying things that are difficult to understand in Birdeye. Thank you, Ankur!
Rohit Panchal was very helpful as always!
The support rep called me directly, which I appreciated, and helped with the problem I had opened a support ticket for and then helped me with another problem I was about to email Birdeye about. I was worried my new problem wouldn't be solved before the weekend, so I am grateful he called when he did.
