Great company! I have used them in the past. I believe it was back in 2018. Switched over to another company.. bad move.. Came back to Birdeye. Birdeye is the best reputation software you can get.
My chat support session was excellent. Unfortunately, this was only after I left 3 messages for our account representative, and he did not return my calls or emails.
