    Birdeye Review Pros: BirdEye gives regular , prompt feedback from my patients, it makes following up with my patients so easy. Cons: I have not found anything yet that I do not like. Overall: This service keeps tabs on my reviews so I see EVERYDAY how my staff is doing. I can address the few issues I have had quickly while it is still fresh in everyone's mind and turn a negative into a positive!

    BirdEye Pros: Simple and intuitive interface and very effective. Cons: We only use the review tools and I have nothing bad to say. Overall: It has been great from signing up to onboarding to putting it to use.

    Birdeye review Pros: Allows us to send a review request once and Birdeye does the chasing. Has helped us increase the number of reviews significantly with next to no effort. Cons: Can be a little slow to log onto the system. Overall: Good. The customer service is excellent although you have to contact them through email and wait for a response the following day.

    Maria Swiacke at IRA Subaru was fantastic. She is very personable and friendly. She knows her clientele. Maria is responsible and willing to fight for customer's rights. If you want to buy a car go to her. She gets the job done quick and painless. Thanks for everything.

    Satisfied overall Pros: The software keeping track on my reviews. The texting service. Cons: It is simple and foesn't do a heck of a lot sure its fun to have everything in the same place but i think its expensive for a «reminder» reputation stacker hade similar for 60 a month. Overall: Good service and walkthrough, easy to use software.

    Fenix Ammunition Pros: I like the tie-in with Google Reviews and the ability to send information via text message. Cons: Needs to be an 'all in one' solution so I don't have to purchase multiple application from different companies in order to get what I need. For example: - Needs to have product reviews - Needs to be able to push and retrieve data from Mailchimp and other mass email marketing applications Overall: So far, it has been a good experience. We're already seeing additional reviews come through. Hope to see that continue.

    Awesome software! Pros: Reviews rolling in on the first day - I LOVE BIRD EYE! Cons: the cost - wish it was a little cheaper but I do see the value of the cost Overall: great customer service - looking forward to working together
