BirdEye is a great tool and Kevin and Deepty were extremely helpful. Reviews are a staple for any business that wants to improve their reputation and credibility I do quite of bit of paid advertising but nothing compares to reviews.

Mainly had to wait on the client to give answer. Thus reflecting on timeframe of response. Had to dig further with client. Birdeye had to wait for those details in order to effectively respond. Got the answer we needed.
