Ankona was extremely helpful during the implementation process. She made things very easy to understand and took things at a perfect pace. She always answered any questions and I never felt like just another customer to her.

Having 3 weekly sessions to train on implementation is great. We were able to work with the system and develop questions on how best to use in our business. A follow up meeting in 90 days would be helpful as well as we continue to use the system.

Nate is one of the very best. If I could, I would poach him to work with me directly, that is how good of a job I think he has done here. He is proactive, diligent, knowledgeable, and shares information in a way that is very digestible. I couldn't promote a partner more.

Arijit was professional and efficient. He did a great job. We had a simple implementation and he handled it well. We are still waiting on a response from other team members on a synch issue. (which, in my opinion, makes our onboarding yet incomplete.)

I was worried about the integration with Instinct working but Gautam was able to get it done. We have a small sample size but it is working very well so far.

Michael has been great at helping keep us on track. Would love to have more automations if possible for things like competitors, ie looking at our categories + 25 miles and auto pulling them in!

Our team has been wonderful to work with. We have some tech people and some not-so-techy people at our company. Ankona and Seth have been great at explaining things so all can understand. It's always a pleasure to meet with them because they are friendly and cheerful.

I often felt that I did not understand what was needed from me, which caused multiple delays in our onboarding process. There were multiple instances where we had a call scheduled, and we found we couldn't move forward with the call because something was outstanding that I wasn't aware of. Through our onboarding my direct team did not receive formal training on Birdeye, so it is now something we'll have to schedule with our new account manager. Overall, the onboarding process was not smooth, and I'm left feeling that we do not fully understand where to go. I am thankful for the responsiveness to my emails, however I don't feel that we received the level of organization I expected.

Our Rep who sold us Birdeye left right before implementation, so there was confusion at the beginning with our contract, which had to be changed. That part almost made us change our minds about Birdeye, but since then, all has been good so far. Gautam has been super helpful and knowledgeable and really made the implementation very easy, he was great!
