Birdeye Review Pros: I love the live chats as they are in real time. It is a great way to get quick answers to clients. Also being able to attach a photo to the chat is great. Cons: The live chat doesn't always reload/ upload new chats. If on it for too long you need to log out, log back in and then they will be displayed.

Birdeye has been a great company to partner with and we have seen results quickly. I would highly recommend them. We worked with Sunny during onboarding, and he has been phenomenal from a knowledge standpoint.

Not bad, could be better Pros: Can put all of your reviews in one area on your website Cons: Some of our customers complained about the birdeye reps that would call them.

I now know what my customers are thinking. PROS I began using Birdseye solely for the purpose of surveying my customers after installations. Now im diving in to all the other amazing things it has to offer! Mostly though, I am impressed that the price is as good as it is. CONS The website is a little overwhelming, but rest assured its worth it!

My recent experience with Dr. Darrick Antell and his staff was truly outstanding. Dr. Antell’s level of excellence, his vast knowledge and expertise, his professionalism, and the superb care that he and his staff extend to his patients are some of the attributes which I believe set him apart from other plastic surgeons in NYC. Denise R and Pat L were absolutely wonderful to have as a realtor in helping my Wife and I find our dream home. They went completely out of their way to help us and research the best possible area for us to live in. Denise and Pat met with us on several occasions to speak with us to ensure what type of housing we were looking for along with the area we wanted to live in. Great For Agencies I think its been a good platform to save time and I feel confident that I can train almost anyone how to use it. PROS I like that Birdeye can be easily monitored and understood by most who use the platform. It is good to have all customers in one place when seeing what reviews came through, and I like have automated responses for the reviews that come through. CONS I think it would be nice if some of the review sites that Birdeye monitors were more seamless in how we could respond ( TripAdvisor), and sometimes, this software can be a bit buggy with connection to Meta (could be Meta's fault). REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE I think the final factors were cost, functionality, and that it was something that a lot of our customers could use as a value ad to other marketing packages.

Solid Review Management Platform My overall experience has been mostly positive. I like the the flexibility the platform offers, but I think their pricing and their response times on certain things could be improved. PROS Birdeye allows you the flexibility to send out messages at different times and also allows you to customize the SMS message and email and include branding/logos of the business it is coming from. CONS I think the cost of the Review Solicitation & Management product is too high compared to other competitors in the space.
