So glad I found them! Pros: I love the functionality features and the ease of use. The BirdEye team has been very helpful and knowledgeable of their product. Quite the experts! I'm so glad I am using BirdEye to help grow my company. Cons: I would love to be able to post to Instagram in addition to Facebook and Twitter on the social feature.

BirdEye is the best! Pros: BirdEye is extremely easy to use and has best-in-class, high-end features. The support team is very responsive. Cons: I wish there was a solution for managing Yelp reviews--I get it that Yelp is hard to work with in this space.

I just finished the setup process and it's going well so far! Pros: There are so many features that we can get rid of a few other programs we are currently using. I love the fact that I can send out a survey with a link to the review at the end so I don't have to send our customers two different requests. Matt, Heather, and Chance have all been great, the customer support is really top notch! Cons: Takes a while to set it up if you have multiple locations and a premium account, but that's only because there is sooooo much to go over. I think the time spent will be well worth it in the end. Overall: Streamlining our review and survey processes into one request and allowing us to have an enormous amount of features that meant we could cancel other standalone products that were doing similar things at a higher price. The customer support is absolutely fantastic!

Exceptional and essential Pros: The essential nature of social media is on the top of all modern businesses. BirdEye offers ease of use and effectiveness of product. Overall: Social media reputation management.

Exciting product Pros: Love how easy it makes for my staff to get reviews, and how they get all our business listings cleaned up with ultimate goal of increasing online presence & better search engine rankings. Cons: Only thing so far is that it would be great to be able to have my staff post responses to positive reviews without having to be logged in to my review site accounts. As it is, I will be the one to post responses, but that's ok - it's not a big issue, and also isn't something I'll do for every single review. I don't think they can work around this as I think the review sites require it.

Good results, not real good customer service Pros: It drives good reviews to the sites of our choice. Fairly easy to used. Good reviews drives business our way and that the best thing. Cons: Send them emails for service and they usually never respond. We lost our original inside contact there and that's when the service level decreased. Overall: More business, we think.

Birdeye is a wonderful tool to automatically get reviews from my dental patients Pros: The software steers my patients to leave reviews on the sites that matter such as Google, Healthgrades, Facebook, Yelp instead of their own review website that they control. This is what other companies do. Overall: Instead of expensive advertising, I can broadcast my client/patient experiences across a range of review platforms. Once the software is installed, it runs seamlessly in the background integrating with my Practice Management Software.

Bird eye is an on-line reputation company that assists its customers in getting positive reviews Pros: Simply results on getting positive reviews. So far, so good. I'd love the opportunity to re-review in 6-9 months but currently I'm impressed. Cons: 1. Ease of transfer/ability for BE to extract data. 2. Need to know/use more of it. (Partially I need more time or assistance in delegating the marketing aspect of this). Overall: Positive on-line reviews.

AMAZING, CLEAR, FUN Pros: VERY TECH SAVVY SOFTWARE. Rosalind taught me many short cuts to doing things that I believed was very hard. Cons: I wish you guys could automatically integrate my information from Dealertrack instead to manually enter everything. Tends to be very tedious. Overall: Access to all my reviews from different websites on this one software system. Makes my life easier instead of having to jump around websites.

BirdEye gets the job done generating reviews Pros: There is adequate flexibility with BirdEye so the requests for reviews can be tailored to reflect the culture of the business. Overall: We were able to receive reviews from customers. I like the results generated by the software. Installation was easy, customers respond favorably also.

So far, so good! Pros: It is sweet and to the point! Very functional layout, easy to navigate and understand, and almost instantly started providing our company with results. Cons: It takes 24 hours for the reviews to show up on the software. Not all that bad, but I like things now!

I have had BirdEye for two years, and I would recommend them. Pros: Ease of use, and takes the job of a staff member who wasn't doing it! It is more difficult than you think to have your employees ask for reviews. This automation helps significantly. Cons: Well, it has been difficult to integrate with my PM software. But customer support stepped up and made a solution that works for me so I didn't have to find another company.

Great way to get customer reviews Pros: This has saved our office a lot of time. No longer are we having to call all of our customers to ask for a review that they almost never ever followed through on. Birdeye makes asking for a review a quick process and we get more responses. Cons: Overall it's great. It does what it says but sometimes I have to fumble around the dashboard to find what I am looking for. I think it could be a little bit more user-friendly but it's not a deal breaking problem.

Top notch, easy to use Pros: We love the way you can push review links out to patients via sms, it makes asking for a review a seamless part of any visit or appointment to our facility. Highly recommended to any business that wants to increase the amount of reviews on their site. Cons: It would be nice if there could be a way to add in a customized survey about your service, where specific questions could be answered. It would be another valuable way in which you could test new features or services.

I searched for the right company to do my review boosting with for 3 months! When I was given the opportunity to write this I wanted to share that.....but then i saw the tag line that said..."Good reviews help you relax!" Yes! Exactly! You have relieved my pain point! What a company should do!
