The step-by-step instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it a breeze to navigate.The walkthrough also provided helpful tips and tricks along the way, which I found to be very useful. Excellent company that provides multiple services in one app and desktop. From reviews, to referrals and social media posting, Birdeye does it all. No need to pay for two or three companies. Birdeye has you covered and their customer service has been excellent.
Was having a problem with a very annoying pop up that just wouldn’t go away. Reached out to tech support and they were able to resolve the issue. Then they even checked back to make sure things were working correctly. Great job, thank you!!
