    Birdeye will have your business flying high! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye in a variety of ways. Our original contact with them was to inquire about an online chat for our website. Within that process we learned the wide scope of services they offer and we put our online reputation in their hands. We love having "all things online" in one place. We can manage all of our reviews, chats, and referrals on their site. They had a great staff that walked us through the set up process to get everything up and running. We continue to have a monthly meeting with our representative that keeps us up on our progress and helps us to see what is working and what is not. They have always been upfront and honest about the modules that we need and which ones we don't. I think it speaks very highly of their integrity when they are trying to sell something, and they bring to light the fact that it's not something we needed. That is when I knew they cared about me as their customer and not just their sales. We have loved using the Birdeye platform! Pros - Date reporting -Online presence management -Gathering reviews Cons - Sometimes when we are replaying on the chat, the cursor will jump back to the beginning of the line. That is very frustrating. Likelihood to Recommend - We love the Birdeye platform! It has helped us to streamline the online portion of our business. Return on Investment - Getting more of our reviews posted direct to Google has help our online presence. -The corrections and maintenance of the many different online sites where our business data is posted frees up my time for other things. -Monthly review of our reports monitoring our online presence. Alternatives Considered - Trustpilot - We have a lot of reviews for our business from Trustpilot. They are also a great company to work with. What we appreciate about Birdeye over Trustpilot is Birdeye pushes our reviews out to Google and not just on their own site. Other Software Used - TransUnion TruVision, Equifax Workforce Solutions Support Rating - Great customer support! They answer our questions quickly and resolve any issues in a reasonable period of time. Usability - We have found the Birdeye platform to be very user friendly. It's easy to navigate and provides great feedback. If we do have an issue with something we are typically able to get it resolved quickly.

    Birdeye, not just reports but good ones Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Within our organization we use Birdeye for multiple purposes. We have the Listings, Social, Surveys, and Reviews. We use the reports for almost everything. We recently opened a new clinic and were able to bulk import contacts to send out information to the community quickly. We recently started using the surveys, and I love the fact that we can put specifics as to who gets the email or not. The inbox has a few glitches where we get a lot of inquiries and just don't have the manpower to respond to them all. An auto-response feature for the inbox would be a huge help. The Social feature is absolutely amazing! The reports are very accurate and give a nice overview of each account or everything together. Campaigns are fantastic and I love being able to see who has opened what and our response rate. Reviews are very easy to automate and integrate. No big issues or anything. Integration of the Surveys has been a little difficult, but we are getting there. Pros - Social feature -Review auto response on multiple platforms -Mass email campaigns, with a max of 5000 -Reports Cons - Integration with our PIM software for surveys -Inbox not having an auto response for google chat -Not being able to turn off the inbox feature Likelihood to Recommend - Social media and reviews are the best features. Once we integrated into Facebook and Instagram we were able to have a great look at everything. So far, I cannot say for the surveys as we are in the very early phases. Listings are perfect for when we are relocating a business. Reports are fantastic when reporting to my upper management. Return on Investment - One stop shop for Reviews are great, it saves marketing department time and money on if they were all separate. -I'm not sure about the surveys yet due to integration. -Listings is very easy to use with updating this saved us money compared to competitors. Alternatives Considered - Hootsuite - I feel like the social tool is way better than anything that Hootsuite can offer. Very user-friendly. Customizable to each clinic. Listen tool where you can do some social searches on things going on in your industry. Other Software Used - Google Analytics, Canvas, Microsoft Power BI Support Rating - Our main Tech person is fantastic and has given me his direct phone line if we need help. We have an accounts manager that just switched and a Customer service rep too. Both are good at communication; they just don't always have an answer and seem to rely on the main Tech person. But they are great at helping with smaller issues. Usability - I think it is very easy to figure out very quickly by just playing around in the dashboard. If you have a question you can reach out to our contacts and they do a very good job of figuring out if or what is the problem and getting back to us fast.

    Lacking in customer service but amazing with review requests Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye for review management, review requests, website chat and for mass emails. Pros - Review Requests -Reporting -Chat Customizability Cons - Account Management -Customer Service -Chat Speed Load Times Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is fantastic at collecting reviews. Their review request emails are very customer friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Return on Investment - Increase in reviews -Better reporting -Increase outreach capabilities Alternatives Considered - Podium - Podium also has issues with account management and customer service. They are comparable but Birdeye has a better review request interface and reporting than Birdeye. Support Rating - This area is where Birdeye is lacking the most. There is difficulty knowing where and who to contact when help is needed. Usability - The interface has a tendency to be slow when it comes to load times and during chat conversations.

    A Birds' eye view of Birdeye Use Cases and Deployment Scope - As technology continues to be the forefront of many industries these days, we utilize it for brand recognition in our community and to stay above the competition on popular search engines. If your name is getting out there in the interwebs, how will people find efficiently. Birdeye is our go to problem solver for this. Pros - Ease of use and UX design. -Customer service is topnotch and efficient. -Have made a name for themselves in business marketing. Cons - Options for elderly people to interface with. Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye has been a great resource for a increasing company/therapist reviews by ease of use for client/ family involvement. I have heard very few issues with clients describing difficulties in use of Birdeye as the middle man for our review sites. I cannot think of a better service for our needs. Return on Investment - Our reviews have increased by 25% with a recent campaign this month using Birdeye Support Rating - The support staff at Birdeye has been exceptional, yet needed very minimally. When small issues arose the staff was prompt at responding and resolving issues and insuring further support was readily absurdly if future needs arose. They very very professional and passionate about their product and it shows in through their work. Usability - Birdeye is very versatile in the growing tech world we are evolving into, without missing a beat. I work more so on the receiving end of the product, but all the feedback I've heard is bar none. It has all the features needed to take businesses to the next level of marketing.

    Awesome Way to Consolidate Multiple Review Streams Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to help streamline our review management process. We needed something that could help us keep track of negative reviews and how we are addressing them with the customer. Birdeye's ticketing system makes it easy for us to do that! It notifies us when we get a negative review and automatically creates a ticket for us to keep track of how we are remedying the situation. We can easily keep notes in the ticket and mark each as "in progress", "resolved", or "completed." The Birdeye team is extremely attentive and responds very quickly to any questions I have. Pros - Communication -Efficiency -Review Management Cons - Reporting -Admin management Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is great if you need a central place for multiple people/teams to track the same activities. It is great for keeping track of multiple moving pieces and for staying informed on multiple cases. Reporting is not as custom as I would like it to be. I would love the ability to filter and pivot the reporting dashboard section. For now, I download the raw data, sometimes in multiple reports, and combine them into one Excel spreadsheet then I can pivot and filter from there. Return on Investment - Resource efficiency -Improved online reputation Other Software Used - Google Ads, Google Analytics, Yelp for Business, Facebook Business Manager Support Rating - Very quick to respond and clear communication. Usability - It has been very user-friendly, even to my other users who may not be as tech-savvy. I am able to quickly show my store managers how to use it and they pick it up very quickly.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We enhanced our Google platforms using Birdeye for reviews and integrated it with Payzerware to make it all more efficient, we just sit back and watch our review score grow on Google and other platforms. This app lets us do that without our personal numbers being given out. It works great for our clients and it works great for us. We also use it as a communication tool with current clients. Pros - Communication with prospective clients via text -Track and capture reviews -Solicit new reviews Cons - Exporting and saving text chains could be easier -Would love integration into Pipedrive or Clio -Integration with telphone services Likelihood to Recommend - This app is great for engaging with prospective clients immediately and giving you a way to communicate with them without giving out personal cell data. It is also very helpful for soliciting and tracking client reviews that are made online. It is not suited for specific lead generation or for specific CRM type issues within the sales team. Return on Investment - Client retention -Tracking of user reviews -Instant feedback -Easy communication Alternatives Considered - Clio - Used Clio Grow and Lexicata before. Birdeye is much more user friendly but lacks all of the substantive features. Other Software Used - Clio, Thomson Reuters Westlaw, Pipedrive Support Rating - Any time we have needed support, they have been very responsive. Usability - Very easy to learn and user friendly, but the iOS app is sometimes a bit clunky and non-intuitive

    Sign up for Birdeye and receive great customer service! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - The use of Birdeye for reviews for our clients helps us to improve our services. It is always encouraging to hear what others have to say about our company. We have noticed an increase in our reviews and how much easier it is for people to find our services online. The services Birdeye offers are user friendly and streamlines our services to build an online reputation. Pros - User friendly interface -Great customer service -Easy and creative ways to improve services Cons - Availability in different languages: Spanish, Creole etc. -Cost of the platform for a smaller company -Need customize templates for certain services Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is a great platform that helps with our company reviews. We would like more of our clients to leave a written review instead of just leaving five stars on the platform. The five stars are great but we like to see what a client has to say. It would also be good to track reviews sent via email. Return on Investment - Increased online presence and marketing -Easy to navigate through the platform -Some clients do not fill out reviews Alternatives Considered - Not applicable at this time. Support Rating Usability - It is user friendly and takes less time to send a review to our clients. In the past we sent individually emails to our clients for a review and found it to be more time consuming. Cons - Birdeye sometimes has inter-location issues that need to be fixed. -Our Birdeye rep changes frequently. Likelihood to Recommend - Birdye helped one of our location go from 1 1-star review to 200 and something 5-star reviews in just a couple years. Return on Investment - Birdeye has helped our search index position. -Birdeye has had a positive impact on our international brand recognition. -Birdeye has helped increase our franchisees' client base. Alternatives Considered - Listen360 - Birdeye was more adaptable to the franchise structure. We liked the look and feel of Birdeye review-gathering emails. Listen360 had features that were innovative, but not quite right for us. We also found their emails less user-friendly. Support Rating - We've been pleased with Birdeye's responsiveness. They've been readily available to assist since Day 1. Usability - Our entire organization adapted to Birdeye seamlessly. The dashboard is clear and intuitive.

    Great Consolidations Platform Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye has been a game-changer for our company's review management. With multiple centers, it was a challenge to track and respond to reviews across different platforms. Birdeye's platform has centralized all our reviews in one place, making it effortless to monitor and manage our online reputation. The ability to pull reports on our Google reviews from a central location has provided valuable insights, enabling data-driven decisions to enhance customer satisfaction. Birdeye has saved us time and effort, and their support has been exceptional. Highly recommended! Pros - Consolidates all reviews for all centers -Allows for easy reports -User-friendly platform Cons - On rare occasions, the platform does not sync to Google when a review gets deleted, so you have to put in a ticket for that, but they can also perform audits to help this not be an ongoing issue and having to keep track of each review. Likelihood to Recommend - We have tons of centers, so trying to get the data outside of Google is almost impossible. However, in Birdeye, its super easy and you are able to do automated reports as well. Return on Investment - Increase in response time to our review writers Support Rating - It is super easy to put in a ticket and they will handle it and keep you updated. Usability - The platform is super easy to us and allows for easy accessibility for anything you are looking for as well as set-ups for locations and the integration with the review platforms.

    Birdeye makes it easy to keep reviews in one place Pros: This program is really easy to learn and has provided a knowledge base, plus contact with the user if you want further assistance. It is hygienic, clear and easy to use. It brings all your notes together in one easy to find place. In addition to integrating with our field program for requesting repairs, it can be linked to the company's website and can be fully customized with company branding to match the look and feel of the website. It happens automatically every day and they will ask the customer a question twice more, waiting two days between requests. Repetition increases the percentage of the customer making the critique, however, they do not aggravate the customer. Cons: Perhaps because we are novices at Birdeye, I don't care about their software problems. Everything works as it should. Overall: Because it is complicated for field service specialists to constantly check checks, Birdeye's perspective is very valuable. The busier the group of guys is, the less likely they will be to be slow to ask for a check, because Birdeye makes it easier for the specialists as they deliver what is required. Also, remembering passwords and browsing several different websites is equally or more difficult than remembering reviews. If a review has a score of less than 5, I want you to be able to get started immediately. Birdeye brings everything together in one accessible place plus it tells me about new releases. We have recently become registered with Birdeye, however, we can already see a distinction.

    The best! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We were fortunate to find Birdeye and implement their services for managing and acquiring reviews for my company. Prior to Birdeye, our system was not productive and extremely time consuming. Birdeye simplified this entire process! Everything from monitoring current reviews to sending professional review requests in a timely manner. Great experience! Pros - Managing contacts -Auto response to new reviews -Easy review request process Cons - Less sales calls from different Birdeye employees -Onboarding process was great but probably 1 too many calls Likelihood to Recommend - Highly recommend Birdeye to those organizations that find the process of review requests tedious and cannot keep up with people where review requests have already been sent. Love that the system stores the contacts as a reminder customer has already received a request so not embarrassing to send multiple review requests to the same person. The emails and/or text requests received by the customer are professional and allow the customer to engage no matter what the scenario. Return on Investment - Return on Investment as consumers heavily rely on reviews -Increased employee productivity as the system takes no time to send out reviews -Tracking current reviews with ease Alternatives Considered - We only utilized Birdeye as the reputation speaks for itself. I've heard of other products that are not as user friendly or streamlined. Good program that can be figured out with basic common sense, great tracking system of current reviews, auto replies, contact saver are all huge benefits to the Birdeye program. Other Software Used - Centricity Clinical Archive, Built InForm Support Rating - The easiest, streamlined to perfection, user friendly program that makes the laborious task of collecting reviews extremely easy. Best addition to our practice! Usability - The easiest program I've ever used in the medical field. Just one click to send a review and easy data entry to add customer into the system. The Birdeye program is actually fun to use and no prior skill is necessary!

    Birdeye is an invaluable reputation management tool! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - A3 Smart Home LP uses Birdeye to help manage our online reputation across multiple reviews sites. It is a great way to track your overall star rating across multiple sites over time. It is also a powerful tool to help request reviews from happy customers. Pros - Aggregates reviews from across the web -Campaigns to increase customer reviews -Customer support Cons - Nothing! Likelihood to Recommend - We having been using Birdeye for over 3 years and it has been critical to our ability to track, monitoring and improve our online reputation. I would recommend it to any business owner or marketing team looking to get a better grasp on their online reputation. Return on Investment - We increased from a less than 3 star average rating to 4.8 star average! -Great way to funnel negative feedback to our customer service team to remedy and fix customer issues. Alternatives Considered - I have not used any other software prior to Birdeye. I was always managing manually in google sheets. Other Software Used - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio Support Rating - Support agents always reach out quickly and do a very good job at helping create a solution to whatever we need. Usability - Great tool, easy to use for multiple cross-functional teams.

It helps manage conversations and make sure we don't miss any potential leads or areas of improvement. Pros - Managing reviews in one place -Checking messages in one place from multiple platforms -Responding in a more timely manner Likelihood to Recommend - It is super convenient to have all of our messages and reviews from multiple platforms in one place to respond more quickly to customers and make sure we are providing exceptional customer service to everyone. The automated responses are super helpful for when we are not in the office or are closed for special holidays or occasions to make sure customers know we got the message and will reach out soon. Pros - Clear communication -Amazing Support Staff -User Friendly Dashboard Cons - Appointment reminders could be more customizable -Initial year sign on could be more flexible -User friendly set up Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is perfect for sending out review links to patients the moment after their appointment when the experience is still fresh. This allows for patients to give our company either positive or negative feedback and allow our company to improve. Return on Investment - Increase in google organic traffic to our company -increase in total reviews by 120% -increase in patient direct feedback which allows us to learn and grow to provide better service in the future Other Software Used - Modernizing Medicine®’s Healthcare IT Suite Support Rating - Both support representatives I worked with were extremely helpful and knowledgable in all aspects of the system. They were able to explain things in great detail while also making it easy to understand. I enjoy getting the chance to work with them! Usability - It is extremely user-friendly and allows patients to contact us with ease. The text message review requests were our main goal with working with Birdeye and they have helped us generate 120% more reviews than before!

It allows us to use one platform to communicate with our customers no matter how they would like to communicate with us. The integration with out POS system to send surveys and review requests has been key in getting more information while getting more public reviews. Pros - surveys -reviews -communications Cons - slow app -conversations with customers dont refresh fast enough Likelihood to Recommend - We have had many customers ask how they can communicate with us. The good thing with Birdeye is the they can use any way that they would like and it all shows up on one page. While there have been some issues with this, They are always there to step in to try to sole the problem. The conversations on the app dont always load or refresh fast enough so sometimes we have multiple staff responding at once and that can be both confusing for us and for our customers Return on Investment - more google reviews -better engage ment with customers Support Rating - They are great and responsive when we have issues. It may not be the fastest sometimes but they always get an answer no matter how many people they need to call in Usability - Its pretty intuitive in general and they have plenty of help available should you need them or have any questions

Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye has been a great marketing tool for inviting customers to refer other customers, as well as leave reviews and conveniently chat with us online. Pros - Online Reputation Genius -Realtime reports available -Great platform for inviting customers to review and refer Cons - We actually like the updates they recently finished. -Can't think of anything else at the moment. Likelihood to Recommend - The Birdeye staff have just been amazing to work with. We love seeing the reports they offer and having our monthly meetings when they have new features or material to go over. The platform bundles everything together and makes it incredibly easy to reply, assist and invite. Thank you, Birdeye Team! Return on Investment - Helped build our online business reputation up. -Helped keep our position online in up top. -Eased the way we invite customers to refer and review. Other Software Used - Trustpilot, Facebook Business Manager Support Rating - Megha is awesome! She's our go-to, she always has a smile on her face and is willing to help with anything. When I email her, I get super quick responses, we love her! Usability - Birdeye platform is very user friendly. We don't have any trouble navigating the site and if there's any changes or updates the Birdeye team typically reveals those first.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Bird Eye to reach out to new patients to have them complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey, to reach out to new patients and existing patients to do request reviews and to reply to them, to monitor our DMs in social media in the Bird Eye inbox and to monitor our Google messaging. Pros - Request reviews from patients -Allow me to reply to reviews right on their platform -Allow us to monitor DMs through our social media Cons - Allow us to respond to Healthgrades reviews on the Bird Eye platform Likelihood to Recommend - Bird Eye is appropriate for ALL scenarios. We don't use all of the modules of Bird Eye, but we are extremely pleased with the modules we do use. Our rep is very responsive and takes care of any questions/needs we have and if he can't, he is quick to send it to someone else on the team. Return on Investment - We can't measure ROI due to our business model. Alternatives Considered - We have been approached by other similar vendors, but haven't found any that work as seamlessly as Bird Eye nor have all of the great features that Bird Eye does! Other Software Used - Constant Contact, PicMonkey Support Rating - Our rep. and the support department are amazing! They are quick to respond and quick to help. They keep at it until any issues or needs we have are solved! Usability - It is extremely easy to use and user friendly! I can basically navigate the dashboard and figure out where things are to get to do what I want to do. For the things that I can't find, I contact my rep and he is quick to respond and show me where/how to do things if needed.

    Easy to use if you have a Birdseye view! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdseye as a one click system where we are able to send with a click of an email. The patient can review us by stars and leave a note as to performance and satisfaction. Or the patient can just leave a star review. Very easy to use! And were able to see the reviews as soon as they are posted. We have had no issues or areas we have needed help on. We haven't had any bad experiences Im not even sure if we have had to many 1 star ratings.We are a 5 star company and get 5 star reviews! We haven't had any situations that has been less than appropriate. Birdseye is a very well suited company and great at handling the Review process. Return on Investment - leaving reviews with different languages -We are a diverse company and Birdseye is able to handle all of our service reviews -Very good results with Birdseye Alternatives Considered - It's so easy to use! It show's us we are a 5 star company compared to others! And if we have dissatisfied patients we are able to reach out to try and help fix. Its is a straightforward and easy to use review. Its not complicated or you don't have to do several clicks or use the help button. Other Software Used - Microsoft 365, Paylocity Support Rating - We have never had to use a help button or get in touch with support to help us figure out an issue. It's a very easy to use process and is very user and patient friendly. We are able to see results and if we are needed to help out or contact a patient for further satisfaction services. Usability - Very user friendly. Customer friendly. One click reviews. Star review or you can leave a detailed review. One click email and you can see the responses immediately good or bad. It does show us we are a 5 star company very diverse company and Birdseye is able to handle all of our reviews.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We needed a solution to help our franchisees gather more reviews and stay on top of the reviews they receive to keep their customers happy. Birdeye makes the process of asking for reviews easy with email and text message automation, and it makes responding to reviews easy, too. You can reply to reviews directly from Birdeye without having to log in to each different platform you're monitoring (Google Business Profile, Facebook, etc.) The platform also helps our corporate marketing team get a better idea of how our franchisees are doing on a daily basis. Pros - Review Request Automation -Custom Configuration -Responsive Customer Service Cons - Automations sometimes have hiccups and need adjustment -The Birdeye message inbox within the platform could be better at filtering out spam Likelihood to Recommend - If you need Birdeye for review-gathering, the dashboard and automation workflow setup is very smooth. The Birdeye team worked with us closely to set it up initially and also provides ongoing support with a dedicated account manager. They've had a bit more turnover in their account managers lately, but every one of the account managers assigned to us have been knowledgeable and friendly, and have hit the ground running with our account. These aspects of the service have proven incredibly valuable to our organization, and our franchisees have been really impressed as well. We've used Birdeye for around four years now, and they've been our preferred reputation management system because they fully adhere to Google's guidelines for review solicitation, which is very important to our organization. This really sets them apart from others in the industry--no review-gating, no incentivized reviews, etc., which is admirable in a space where many rely on these tactics for review-gathering. Return on Investment - 664% increase in reviews since signing on in 2019 Alternatives Considered - Listen360 - Our choice of reputation management platform came down to two contenders, Birdeye and Listen360. Ultimately we chose Birdeye because of their ethical review gathering process. Listen360 had review-gating built in as part of their process, which is against Google's terms of service. We wanted to be very careful to gather reviews in an ethical way, and Birdeye was better for our needs. Support Rating - We have a dedicated account manager who is very responsive to questions or other issues as they arise. Usability - Birdeye's dashboard is clean and user-friendly. Most of the functionality is easily understood, even for those who aren't necessarily technically inclined. Most issues come from the initial setup of individual locations, because there are a lot of fields to fill out and it can be easy to overlook some of them.

Pros - Onboarding -Training -Ease of use -Support Cons - Intuitive interface -Custom reports Likelihood to Recommend - The onboarding experience at Birdeye was unmatched. They were very supportive and always available to take time when needed to meet with our team or answer any questions. Their tech team was integral in working with our Tech Ops team to ensure that a custom review request report was fed properly from our system into Birdeye, and tested when launched. Return on Investment - Streamline reviews -Improve reputation management process -Ease of use Other Software Used - Hootsuite, Yext Support Rating - Any question about any feature at any time is always responded to and met with enthusiasm in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend Birdeye simply for the ease of working with the implementation and support team. Usability - The usability is great, and the interface takes a while to get used to in understanding where leads come from and how to respond to reviews, but once that is locked down, the system is awesome.
