THE best platform for online reputation building for your business - no matter the size !Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We are a small Self Storage Company comprised of less than 25 employees. Birdeye helps us manage our online reputation in a lot of ways that saves us time. From providing us an all in one platform to see reviews and review requests to automatically sending them to tenants after they move out - its saves this small business a lot of time.Pros - Condenses everything I want to see at a glance one 1 page -Their new AI features are really nice -Managing reviewsCons - Some minor inconsistencies within the UI. Particularly pages where the menu is collapsible and places where it isn't.Likelihood to Recommend - I genuinely couldn't think of a better platform for our online reputation needs. Birdeye just fits so perfectly with our processes in the self storage industry and with the systems we use. For example, there's been a lot of times where tenants moved out and had a great experience and have expressed a desire to tell management how good of a job we are doing. It's nice to be able to follow that up with Birdeye and provide them a link where they can leave a review - instead of telling me where they can and have them jump through hoops to do it.Return on Investment - Online reputation building -Increase in tenants -Larger footprint in the digital spaceUsability - I feel that it is easy navigate through both the website and app. The UI is mostly consistent throughout as well and it is not frustrating to use. The mobile app seems very limited on it’s capabilities. With most people wanting to use their phones for so much now it would make sense for the mobile version to mirror the capabilities or even have some features that aren’t available on the web version. One suggestion for both would be the ability to add trending sounds or music to post and reels. And also be able to post stories to Facebook.
