While verbal communication was at first difficult, the team at Birdeye made adjustments and helped the situation out. As I am about 5 weeks into the program everything has been transparent. They have taken the time to discuss with me how they can help me with the 3-pack and they are thorough in what the objectives and criteria are. I highly recommend Birdeye.

In the crowded world of review generation for businesses, Birdeye has somehow found a way to navigate the field and provide excellent service and reliable review generations. Their platform is excellent, user friendly and very effective. My onboarding contact Shraiya is fantastic. She is patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the software. I'm very happy I found them.

I honesty cannot say enough about Snehashish and his Awesomely Phenomenal Team at Birdeye we faced every tech hurdle we could face but they never gave up and were persistent and determined as if the Mortgage Boss 365 was their own business. I have since seen more traction and engagement in just a few days. If you are not using Birdeye for your business it’s Time to Bust A Move

As sales and marketing manager with ServiceMaster Superior Cleaning & Restoration, I recognize the value and importance of customer reviews. Most importantly it is getting the review survey in our customers hands quickly and preferably immediately after our restoration service is completed. At that time our project manager has the customer sign Authorization to Pay and asks if he or she wouldn't mind taking a short customer survey. From their mobile phone the project manager sends the review request to both the customers email and cell or mobile number. We have seen great success with Birdeye's system capturing a significantly greater number of 5-star reviews! Bravo Birdeye...you are a solid business partner in growth!
