Brand Reputation Management Made Easy Pros: The support is phenomenal! I had a few glitches in setting up our account and they were always resolved quickly and reliably. Cons: It is a bit more expensive than others on the market, but you get what you pay for. We were originally with another low cost provider and the service and reliability were terrible.
Babette was very helpful and informative. The setup was seemless. We already have 3 new google reviews!
