So far, so good. We are a fairly new client with BirdEye, but we like the reporting and the platform to be able to post a reply on all reviews from one dashboard. The team has been great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we've had in getting set up.

Automatic Machine Pros: The support team was helpful in the beginning with helping me set up the program. She took me through all the steps and answered all my questions. It supplies me with many templates to choose from! Cons: Birdeye supplies a lot of templates but within some templates have words which are unchangeable. It limits us to what language we want to use. It would be better if Birdeye had the option to view different platforms feedback at the same time. Overall: Being a business, it gets busy and I do not have time to contact every single previous customer to ask for a review. Birdeye eliminates the worry to do a post-purchase job. It also notifies me when it has sent out messages, which is a great system to keep track of activity.

I am very pleased with BirdEye performance. I have seen a dramatic increase in reviews left by my patients. The dashboard is easy to use/send review requests,and it has been an overall success.

I'm a believer. Birdeye has made a significant difference in our ability to generate and manage online reviews. I haven't had to use their customer service much, but when I have it's also been exceptional. Top flight company.

BirdEye is simply amazing! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Our dental office has been using BirdEye for about 3 months now and we have been very happy to read the reviews by our patients, and when possible make suggested adjustments to improve our services. Pros - BirdEye is easy to navigate. -BirdEye is efficient and the process is streamlined. Cons - BirdEye is already excellent. I have no real suggestions for areas that need improvement. Likelihood to Recommend - BirdEye sends our patients a survey while their recent visit is still fresh in their mind, thus returning thorough responses. Users and Roles - Owner and manager Return on Investment - Hopefully, by sharing patients reviews on several platforms, our online presence will begin improving, making us easily visible on web searches. Alternatives Considered - BirdEye results are more useful. Other Software Used - Solutionreach

Some of the best help out there for boosting your reviews!! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - BirdEye helps our company boost our reviews on the internet. Pros - Easy email process to send out links. -Quick process for customers to fill out the review. Cons - Make it easy for techs to use on their phone. It'd be nice to have a short cut. Likelihood to Recommend - It's a useful tool for companies that are interested in having people fill out reviews and getting a more in-depth look at their social media activity. In one instance, we had a customer call in who wanted to give our tech a good review. We took down their email and name and off it went. The customer responded right away with a wonderful review! Users and Roles - Administrative Return on Investment - Very helpful for improving our reviews. -Has helped us to climb in numbers. Alternatives Considered - We evaluated a few others but never implemented them. BirdEye has been all we need so far.

Birdeye has provided a unique solution, especially with their approach to SEO and automation. Birdeye integrates with JobNimbus for my roof contracting company and also has access to the review platforms our customers typically use.

So far the Birdeye team has been very helpful in getting us set up. Our onboarding person replies immediately and sets up appointments as needed. If there are next steps, she gets them done quickly and lets me know. Pleased so far.
