Birdeye and Adam Integration
Adam Systems is an automotive dealership management system (DMS) software used by franchised and independent auto and powersports retailers. Adam Systems allows users to manage sales, chats, e-mails, payroll, clients, inventory for parts, etc.
Birdeye integrates with Adam Systems to help dealerships send out review requests to their clients. This integration makes the review request process completely automatic.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your Adam Systems account, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients based on certain defined triggers. Once your client information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective clients.
