Birdeye and ADP Web Alliance (USA only) Integration
ADP Web Alliance is a payroll and HR solutions software used by numerous industries including automotive dealerships. The software helps users maintain staff schedules, rounding up time cards, payrolls and much more for one or multiple locations.
Birdeye integrates with ADP to help businesses send out review requests to their clients. The ADP-Birdeye integration fully automates the review request and review generation processes.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with ADP, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients based on certain defined triggers.
Once Birdeye captures your clients’ information within your Birdeye account, review requests will start being sent to your clients automatically on a daily basis. This will help you maintain a constant flow of fresh reviews, moving your business up in search results and giving you greater brand visibility so prospective clients can easily find you.
