Birdeye and AthenaPractice Integration
AthenaPractice is an electronic medical record (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) system used in large physician practices. Users can manage appointment schedules, billing, e-prescription, lab integration, reporting and analytics. Integrating Birdeye with AthenaPractice will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients on a daily basis.
Once integrated with AthenaPractice, Birdeye pulls patient information from AthenaPractice once daily for the appointments that were completed on the previous day. Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using some predefined triggers.
